30+ years of experience...
Multiple career reinventions, and a passion for cutting through the fluff – that’s what I bring to coaching. I’ve worked in high-street retail leadership at Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Burton Group, and Arcadia, shaping brands and strategies. But life threw a curveball, and I had to rebuild, rethink and reinvent. Now, I help others to do the same. I don’t do hand-holding or false promises. I believe in direct, practical coaching that pushes you forward while keeping things fun, exciting, and real.

A personal strategist helps you build from the inside out – starting with your narrative, your strengths, and your purpose. Together, we will shape a clear, aligned path forward.
